Where any of these costs are detailed, it is purely an estimation made subject to sight of final design. 11. Artwork supplied by the customer should be presented in a finished state including colour separation where multiple colour prints are involved and drawn to scale to suit each product to avoid further cost. Enlargement or reduction of copy may cause distortion to the image. Artwork supplied by the customer will not be returned unless specifically requested at the time of order. Every effort will be made to match commercial pantone colours requested, but it should be understood that different materials and substrates with contrasting porosity may cause variation to the colour tone. Adjustments to a design may be recommended as fine detail and close registration of colours is not suited to all products or printing techniques. Any recommendations will be detailed before the work is carried out. 12. No origination work or processing of order will take place until the customers detailed written instruction is received. This is considered to be in the best interest of the customer to ensure that a clear understanding of their requirements is obtained and actioned. Production leadtimes on quotations are based on known facts at that time and therefore subject to change at the time of order and ultimately commences from approval of final design. While every effort will be made to meet the leadtimes quoted, it is important that the response between quotation and order is as short as possible to avoid such delays. March 2008 |
